The location of this hotel is excellent, with both Bayswater and Queensway tube stations just a short walk away. It's also centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The staff here, especially Aron, Frank, Pradeep, and Ilyaas, were helpful and accommodating. They made me feel at home and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.

During our recent stay, we were kinda surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from Hyde Park and multiple underground stations, making it easy for us to explore London's attractions. The rooms werenice and neat, with air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. We also appreciated the complimentary mobile phone provided in the room. Despite some minor dated areas in the hotel, overall, our experience was positive. We would recommend this hotel for its great location and efficient service.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation. It is not far from a metro station and close to Bayswater or Queensway tube stations. On that street are also 2 very convenient underground stations. The rooms are clean and spacious, with good room service. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is close to the center, making it easy to explore the city.
The breakfast options could be more varied.
